A Message from Cathie -

To My Friends and Fans;

Wishing you all the best for a happy and healthy 2011 and a sincere apology for my tardiness in welcoming you all to my new website. For those of you who are unaware of the events which at long last brought me to this point in time let me fill you in.

The "initial" Cathiejung.com site was initiated many years ago by mutual agreement by Sjef Dirks of J-C Creations in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. It was understood by me and my husband, Bob, that the site was to celebrate the beauty and elegance of the corset as well as gowns and costumes enhanced by them. This concept held true for a number of years and suddenly, without our consent, Sjef had the site evolve into a paid site, using my photos as an entree to the site!! Upon paying a sizeable fee to enter the site folks were exposed to a pornographic site which is philosophically opposed to our ideals. Our complaints and suggestions were totally ignored and our efforts to retrieve control of my name involved obtaining legal assistance and going through the courts. It was costly and time consuming but I must say that it is an immense relief to have things back under our control!!
